Shipping

Your order may take up to 5 business days for handling and up to 10 business for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). In the case of a delay in shipping beyond 10 business days, you may opt for a refund or keep the item on backorder.

   

Returns

Due to the artisanal botanical nature of our products, all sales are final. We offer samples for sale and recommend that you try our products before purchasing large quantities to ensure satisfaction. If an item is damaged or lost in shipping, it will be replaced by us, providing that you file a claim with the shipping company (USPS) within 48 hours and the damage is investigated and deemed caused by shipping. If an item is defective due to an issue on our end, we will replace the item if you have the original receipt and make the request within 30 days of purchase.

   

Quality Control

Due to the artisanal botanical nature of our products, there may be slight variation from batch to batch. We try to standardize our process, however supplies are sometimes unreliable and weather-dependent. 

   

Availability

Due to the artisanal botanical nature of our products, they may be unavailable for a certain period of time. We produce our perfumes in very small batches to ensure the highest quality and age them for 2 months. If a product is listed as sold out, be assured that we have another batch aging that will soon be available. You may subscribe to our newsletter if you'd like to be informed of important updates, such as when a new batch is ready.

   

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on products shipped within Massachusetts at the current tax rate. Products shipped outside of Massachusetts are not charged sales tax.
